- You're CeMAP qualified (or equivalent qualification)
- You're great with clients and serious about building relationships

Some – whilst we can sustain a manageable amount of leads, if you want to hit big numbers you’ll need to work with us in producing more.
Do you charge desk fees or have a retention pot?
Nope. No broker fees. No clawbacks. No retention pot.
How often is commission paid?
Weekly – with up to 75% splits depending on experience and production.
Do I need to be based near Thame?
Not at all – we work with brokers across the UK. Remote options are fully supported.
