Who Can Apply?
BM Solutions supports a wide range of buy-to-let borrowers, including:
- First-time landlords (if you own a residential property)
- Limited company landlords (SPVs with correct SIC codes)
- Portfolio landlords (owning 4+ mortgaged BTLs)
- Joint applicants – up to two people per application
- UK residents with a minimum income of £30,000 (combined)
