Who we are looking for
- We are a strong fit for advisers who care about giving excellent advice, want to build and retain lasting client relationships, and are serious about growing their own client bank over the long term.
- You are comfortable generating your own opportunities — with support from the business — and you want mentoring and structure without being micromanaged. You like working with experienced brokers, not corporate layers.
- You should be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- You may already be self-employed, working inside another brokerage, or thinking about making a move because your current firm is no longer giving you the support, culture or direction you need.

for BMI
Do I need to bring my own leads?
Some – whilst we can sustain a manageable amount of leads, if you want to hit big numbers you’ll need to work with us in producing more.
Do you charge desk fees or have a retention pot?
Nope. No broker fees. No clawbacks. No retention pot.
How often is commission paid?
Weekly – with up to 75% splits depending on experience and production.
Do I need to be based near Thame?
Not at all – we work with brokers across the UK. Remote options are fully supported.
Is there protection training?
Yes – we’ll support your growth into protection , if you want to diversify your income.
